The demand of our customers forced us to think about this topic. This subject is very disputed since here was promised heaven and earth many times.

We constructed a model which is completely new, based on the fact that charter customers became even more fastidious concerning the year of construction of a charter yacht. If we are honest for once, a charter yacht which is older than 6 years, produces nose trunks already by today's customers! This was no topic10 years ago.

Whether you announce these as private yacht with letting, or you would like to appear as a charter company with one yacht, it must be discussed with you with a tax counsel of your confidence.
We tell  you however from our expercience that the commercial model is not accepted by most tax offices, at least not in the long term. Here is argued with the term of a "hobby".

Born from this fact, we offer immediately 4-yearly models! Advantage for the charter customer: No older yacht in the fleet. Advantage for the owner: High resale value of the yacht after 4 years. The yacht becomes more interesting in the sales, also substantially for the private customer.

And the net yied can be able to be seen despute the short running time; or perhaps straight therefore!

How does it work?

You buy a Beneteau sailing yacht from us on favourable conditions. The yacht fits into our charter fleet with its size and charging to capacity barness. Here we were able to collect great experience over many years and advise you gladly.

The practice

You put the ship bought with us into our charter base on Mallorca. We provide you full employment for extent of utilization and the care of your yacht. The income is proportionally divided. The allocation depends on the costs of the ship (mooring, maintenance etc.) and your portion of the charter.

We gladly provide you a concrete cost-benefit calculation as well as a net-yield calculation in our office in Cala D Or.
